Job Requirements
- Must have or be able to obtain a food handler permit or certification
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
- Completion of all required company training and certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Adherence to company policies and procedures as per employee handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Strong team player with positive attitude
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- English proficiency in written and verbal communication
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile
- Provide customers with menu information and educate them about products and specials
- Uphold Dutch Bros Coffee culture by building positive relationships
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism in interactions
- Arrive on time and communicate availability effectively
- Assist teammates with tasks and support as needed
