Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle physically demanding work including lifting up to 65 lbs
- Willingness to work up to 10-hour shifts in varying weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of coffee products and menu items a plus
