Job Requirements
- Ability to work fast-paced and physically demanding shifts up to 10 hours
- Must be reliable with a strong attendance record
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 65 pounds
- Available to work varied shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a positive attitude and be a people person
- Commitment to engaging with and supporting the team
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or fast-paced work environments is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Make genuine connections with customers and ensure every visit is memorable
- Educate customers about the menu and help them discover new favorites while delivering excellent service
- Embody Dutch Bros company values by radiating kindness and a strong work ethic
- Serve the community by participating in charitable efforts and local givebacks
- Show up reliably on time for shifts and support your crew members during busy periods
- Adapt to working in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 65 pounds
- Complete hands-on training and menu knowledge assessments to meet Dutch Bros standards
