Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Complete all relevant trainings and certifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 60 lbs
- Proficient written and verbal English communication
- Willingness to work in varied weather conditions and perform physical tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience valued
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive and authentic attitude
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile
- Educate customers about the menu, different products, and current specials
- Embody Dutch Bros culture by fostering positive relationships
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism
- Show reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Support teammates and help out as needed
