Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 65 pounds
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to complete and pass required trainings and certifications
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Ability to do mental math
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to pass required food handler certifications
- Demonstrated teamwork and people-first attitude

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and specials
- Embody and uphold the company culture by building relationships
- Ensure speed, quality, and service consistency by preparing accurate orders
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude in interactions
- Arrive reliably for shifts and communicate availability
- Help out and support teammates as needed
