Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old or as required by state law
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as mandated by state or local regulations
- Be punctual and reliable with a commitment to work scheduled shifts
- Possess basic math skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in English communication
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Be able to stand, walk, and move throughout shifts lasting up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 65 lbs
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Provide availability and follow call out procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written English proficiency
- Ability to perform mental math
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment
- Food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work collaboratively
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for teamwork and customer engagement
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting them warmly and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by fostering relationships and promoting a positive environment
- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism in the workplace
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
