Job Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Compliance with company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 65 lbs, standing, walking, and occasional climbing
- Must complete and pass all required training and certifications
- Proficiency in verbal and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to perform basic math for handling cash transactions
- Must be adaptable and a team player
- Authentic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and uphold company culture
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu options and current specials
- Embody Dutch Bros culture by focusing on relationships and positive interactions
- Provide consistent service ensuring speed, quality, and accuracy in every order
- Maintain a positive attitude to inspire and uplift coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Assist teammates as needed to support smooth store operations
