Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or certification
- Complete and pass all required trainings and knowledge tests
- Have reliable transportation for punctual arrival
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written English
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Follow proper call-out procedures and communicate availability
- Willingness to work up to 10-hour shifts including in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic mental math skills
- Ability to maintain food handling certifications
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting up to 65 pounds
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and providing a positive experience
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu options and specials
- Embody and promote company culture focused on relationships
- Consistently deliver orders with speed, quality, and excellent service
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude in all interactions
- Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
