Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Complete, pass, and maintain all required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and attendance
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 65 lbs, standing, walking, and moving for extended periods
- Good written, oral, and verbal communication skills
- Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
- Mental math skills for cash handling
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry valued
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Other language fluency is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Comfortable standing and moving during shifts that can last up to 10 hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Uphold the Dutch Bros culture by building relationships with customers and teammates
- Deliver speed, quality, and consistent service ensuring the customer gets exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers and customers
- Show up on time, communicate availability, and follow proper call out procedures
- Support team members as needed during busy or unexpected situations
