Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification
- Reliable transportation to be on time for scheduled shifts
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Physical ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts with continuous movement
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Willingness to learn and complete required trainings
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile
- Provide customers with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, products, and current specials
- Uphold Dutch Bros culture and core values of speed, quality, and service
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in orders
- Show up on time and communicate availability
- Support teammates and adapt to changing circumstances
