Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active during shifts up to 10 hours
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry items up to 65 lbs
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
- Completion and passing of all required trainings and certifications
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience valued but not required
- Strong communication skills in English required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company culture
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive demeanor throughout shifts
Job Duties
- Engage with customers and greet each with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture and values
- Deliver consistent speed, quality, and service in all orders
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
- Show reliability by arriving on time and following call out procedures
- Assist teammates and support store operations as needed
