Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, or be in motion for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings and certifications
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Ability to adapt to varying work conditions including different weather environments
- Completion of all company policies adherence including the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local or state regulations
- Ability to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile and providing them with a memorable experience
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody the company culture by fostering strong relationships and maintaining enthusiasm and positivity
- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and accurate service to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among team members and guests
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability clearly
- Support teammates and step in to help when needed to ensure smooth operations
