Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
  • Ability to stand, walk, or be in motion for up to 10 hours per shift
  • Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
  • Completion and maintenance of required trainings and certifications
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to adapt to varying work conditions including different weather environments
  • Completion of all company policies adherence including the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local or state regulations
  • Ability to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile and providing them with a memorable experience
  • Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on the menu, products, and current specials

  • Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and accurate service to meet customer expectations
