Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 65 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions
- Completion of training and certifications as required by Dutch Bros standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages valued
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
- Ability to stand, walk, and be mobile for up to 10 hours per shift
- Positive attitude with enthusiasm for teamwork
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers understand the menu, different products, and current specials by asking questions and educating
- Uphold Dutch Bros culture by building relationships and embodying the company's values
- Ensure speed, quality, and service standards are consistently met so customers receive exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude that encourages and uplifts teammates and customers
- Show up on time, communicate availability, and follow call out procedures to ensure reliability
- Support teammates and help out with various tasks as needed during the shift
