Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Mental math proficiency for cash handling
- Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours a shift
- Capability to lift, push, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Adherence to company policies including those in the Employee Handbook
Job Qualifications

- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Adaptability to varied work schedules and conditions
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers questions and educate them about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody and promote the Dutch Bros culture of relationships and community
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service in all customer orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism within the team
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Support teammates by helping out during busy periods or as needed
