Job Requirements
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work at any shop within the Operator's territory
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Follow proper call-out procedures
- Maintain a positive and optimistic demeanor
- Communicate availability clearly and adhere to company appearance standards
Job Qualifications

- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have Food Handlers Certification if required by local laws
Job Duties
- Make and serve Dutch Bros drinks according to company standards and customer orders
- Engage customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Educate customers about menu options, products, and current specials
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to Dutch Bros appearance guidelines
- Keep the shop clean and maintain an appropriate atmosphere
- Attend mandatory meetings and comply with company policies
- Be a supportive and reliable teammate
