Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Permit or Certification required
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Proficiency in English communication
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings
- Commitment to adhering company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform mental math for cash transactions
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required

Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a special moment
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Embody and uphold Dutch Bros culture through every interaction
- Ensure speed, quality, and consistent service with every order
- Maintain positive and optimistic attitude to enhance team morale
- Show up on time and communicate availability clearly
- Support teammates and adapt to changes as needed
