Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Completion of company-required trainings and passing all related tests
- Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in English communication, verbal and written
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and complete mandatory training and certification
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on the menu and specials
- Embody the culture and values of Dutch Bros Coffee by fostering strong relationships
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service delivering accurate orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and motivate teammates and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates and adapt to changing needs and circumstances
