Job Requirements
- Must have a valid food handler permit or certification as required
- Ability to complete, pass, and maintain required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Physical ability to perform tasks including stooping, kneeling, and occasional ladder use
- Commitment to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Mental math capability for cash handling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral English
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and coworkers
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers questions and educate them about the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody the company culture and promote the philosophy of love all, serve all
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster optimism among coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability needs
