Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid food handler permit or certification as required by state or local law
- ability to work varied shifts including up to 10 hours per shift
- physical capability to stand, walk, kneel, and carry up to 65 pounds
- proficiency in English communication
- ability to complete mandatory trainings and pass knowledge tests
- reliable transportation and timely attendance
- positive attitude and adaptability to changing work conditions
Job Qualifications
- possession of a valid food handler permit or certification
- ability to complete and maintain required trainings and certifications
- proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- good mental math skills for cash handling
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 65 pounds
- reliability and punctuality
- willingness to engage with customers and work collaboratively
Job Duties
- Greet and thank customers with a smile
- help customers learn the menu, products, and current specials
- embody the culture and values of Dutch Bros Coffee
- ensure each order meets standards of speed, quality, and service
- maintain a positive and optimistic attitude throughout the shift
- show up on time and communicate availability properly
- assist teammates and support operational needs as required
