Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and be in movement for up to 10 hours
- Capability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Proficiency in English communication, written and oral
- Completion and passing of training programs including certification and knowledge tests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Adaptability to changing environments and tasks
- Genuine interest in helping others and teamwork
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu options and specials
- Embody and uphold the culture of Dutch Bros by building strong relationships
- Consistently deliver high-quality service focusing on speed, quality, and accuracy
- Maintain a positive attitude and inspire optimism among colleagues and customers
- Show up on time and communicate availability reliably
- Support teammates and step in when needed to ensure smooth operations
