Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, or be in movement for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
- Completion of all required training and knowledge tests
- Adherence to company policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Must have or obtain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic math including mental math
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during shifts
- Willingness to obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification
- Positive attitude and strong team player mindset
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and educate them about menu options and specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture, building relationships through kindness and positivity
- Consistently deliver speed, quality, and service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive attitude to inspire and uplift team members and customers
- Be reliable by arriving on time and communicating availability clearly
