Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- Ability to work varying shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass and maintain all required company trainings
- Proficient communication skills in oral and written English
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfort with performing mental math
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Certification or willingness to obtain required Food Handler Permit or Certification
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Embody Dutch Bros company culture emphasizing relationships
- Ensure speed, quality, and service to deliver accurate orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism
- Show up on time and communicate availability
- Support teammates as needed and adapt to changing circumstances
