Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 65 pounds, and occasional climbing
- Completion and passing of required trainings and knowledge tests
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English
- Willingness to work up to 10-hour shifts
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, additional language skills are a plus
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and complete required trainings and certifications
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu options and current specials

- Ensure consistency by delivering orders with speed, quality, and accuracy
