Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, including attendance and conduct guidelines

- Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu, products, and specials
