Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Complete, pass, and maintain all required training and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Written and oral proficiency in English
- Willingness to adhere to company policies including the Mafia Manifesto and Employee Handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling
- Adaptability and teamwork skills
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn menu, products, and current specials
- Embody company culture and emphasize relationship-building
- Consistently deliver speed, quality, and service by ensuring customer orders are accurate
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers
- Show up to work on time, communicate availability, and follow call out procedures
- Support teammates as needed to maintain smooth operations
