Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Proven reliability and punctuality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to perform basic mental math for cash handling
- Capability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift or carry up to 65 pounds
- Completion and passing of all required trainings and certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies
- Food handler permit or certification is preferred
Job Duties
- Engage with customers and greet them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu options and specials
- Embody and promote the Dutch Bros culture and philosophy
- Ensure speed, quality, and consistency in every beverage served
- Maintain a positive, optimistic attitude and foster a friendly environment
- Show reliability by being punctual and communicating availability
- Assist teammates and support store operations as needed
