Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts and meetings
Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
Written and verbal English communication proficiency
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or stoop for up to 10-hour shifts
Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Pass and maintain required trainings and certifications

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service or retail preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for cash handling
Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by law

Job Duties

Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
Embody Dutch Bros culture and focus on building relationships
Ensure speed, quality, and service consistency for each order
Maintain a positive attitude and optimism in all interactions
Show up to work on time, ready to contribute and communicate availability
Support teammates and help out as needed
