Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Completion and passing of all required company training and certifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and climbing
- Proficiency in English communication, other languages a plus
- Adherence to all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments
- Demonstrated teamwork and people-first attitude
- Basic math skills necessary for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and undergo required training and certification
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody the Dutch Bros culture by fostering relationships and a positive atmosphere
- Ensure consistent delivery of speed, quality, and service as per company standards
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism in all interactions
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability properly
- Assist teammates as needed during busy or unexpected times
