Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, carry, or push up to 65 lbs
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions including hot and cold
- Completion of required trainings, certifications, and knowledge tests
- Adherence to company policies and procedures as detailed in the Employee Handbook
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal), additional languages are a plus
Job Duties
- Engage with customers daily, greet and thank each customer with a smile
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them about the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody the company culture by fostering relationships and positive interactions
- Ensure consistency by delivering orders accurately with speed, quality, and excellent service
- Maintain a positive attitude and optimism to uplift coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability clearly
- Assist teammates and support store operations as needed
