Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- Pass and complete all required training and certifications
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to engage warmly with customers and build rapport
- Strong communication skills in English
- Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments
- Basic math skills to handle cash and transactions
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and providing exceptional service
- Ask and educate customers about products, menu, and specials
- Embody and promote the culture and values of Dutch Bros Coffee
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service in all customer interactions
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude in the workplace
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates and support the team as needed
