Job Requirements
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Have reliable transportation and be punctual
- Ability to stand, walk, and move during shifts up to 10 hours
- Capacity to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Proficient verbal and written communication in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu items, products, and current specials
- Embody the company culture and foster positive relationships
- Maintain consistency in speed, quality, and service
- Stay positive and encourage others around you
- Show reliability by being punctual and communicating availability
- Help out coworkers as needed to support the team
