Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required
- reliable transportation and punctuality
- ability to stand, walk, and be physically active for up to 10-hour shifts
- capability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
- pass and maintain all trainings and certifications
- written and verbal English proficiency
- adhere to company policies
- willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- ability to communicate clearly and express ideas
- complete assigned duties consistently and reliably
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is beneficial
- ability to communicate effectively in English, additional languages a plus
- strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- willingness to learn and complete training programs
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile
- educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
