Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- ability to complete, pass, and maintain required trainings including federal, state, and local regulations
- reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 65 lbs, and work in varying weather conditions
- proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- capacity to perform mental math
- adherence to company policies and handbook
- willingness to work shifts up to 10 hours
- ability to use ladders or ramps occasionally
- flexible body movements including wrist and spine rotation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an asset
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in English, additional language skills are a plus
- ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking each one with a smile and providing a special experience
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, different products, and current specials to meet their needs
- embody company culture by building authentic relationships with customers and teammates
- be consistent in providing speed, quality, and service ensuring orders are accurate
- maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers and customers
- be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability, and following call out procedures
