Job Requirements
- Have a valid Food Handler Permit or Certification if required by state or local regulations
- Be punctual and have reliable transportation for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English
- Be physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 65 pounds during shifts
- Adhere to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Mafia Manifesto
- Maintain a positive and people-first demeanor consistently
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written English proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local regulations
- Willingness to learn and complete training programs
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody Dutch Bros culture by prioritizing relationships and positivity
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service so customers receive exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude and inspire optimism among coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability needs
- Assist teammates and support various tasks as needed
