Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation to be punctual for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for up to 10 hours
- Physical capability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Completion and passing of all required trainings and knowledge tests
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies including safety and operational guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures
- Willingness to complete required training and certifications
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile
- Provide education about menu options and current specials
- Uphold company culture and values
- Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy in service
- Maintain positive interactions with customers and team members
- Arrive to work on time and communicate availability
- Support team members and assist as needed
