Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings
- Ability to engage with customers positively and authentically
- Ability to work shifts up to 10 hours with breaks
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and movement
- Adherence to company policies including the Employee Handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are valued
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 65 lbs, and work in varying weather conditions
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and specials
- Embody the company culture by building relationships with customers and teammates
- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and service according to company standards
- Maintain a positive attitude and uplift coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates as needed and support the overall team environment
