Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local or state laws
- Ability to complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 65 pounds, and perform various movements during shifts
- Written, oral, and verbal proficiency in English
- Willingness to work shifts that may last up to 10 hours including some exposure to varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and adaptability
- Positive attitude and a people-first mindset
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about menu options, products, and specials
- Embody and uphold the company culture focused on relationships and positivity
- Ensure consistency in service by maintaining speed, quality, and accuracy
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among colleagues and customers
- Show reliability by being punctual, communicating availability, and following proper procedures
- Help support teammates and the store operation as needed
