Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local regulations
- Must complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Must be punctual and adhere to company attendance policies
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not required)
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide a special experience
- Help customers learn the menu, products, and current specials

- Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy in fulfilling orders
