Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Obtain and maintain food handler permit or certification as required
- Pass and maintain all company-mandated trainings and certifications
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
- Proficiency in English communication
- Adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile providing a special moment
- Help customers learn the menu, products, and current specials
- Uphold company culture by building relationships with customers and teammates
- Ensure speed, quality, and service with accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain positivity and optimism throughout shifts
- Show up to work on time and communicate availability
- Support teammates as needed during busy or unexpected situations
