Job Requirements
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and move during shifts of up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English
- Ability to complete and pass required trainings and certifications
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions

Job Duties
- Engage with customers daily by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros Coffee culture through every interaction
- Ensure consistency by providing accurate and quick service
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster optimism among coworkers and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
- Help out teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations
