Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by local regulations
- Complete and pass all required training and certifications including state and federal compliance
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Physical capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
- Adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Commitment to punctuality and proper attendance protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages valued
- Ability to perform basic math for handling cash
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Friendly and positive demeanor

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting them warmly and providing exceptional service
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on the menu and current specials

- Ensure accuracy and consistency in every order to meet quality standards
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers and customers
