Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local laws
- Be punctual and have reliable transportation for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Complete and pass required training, certifications, and knowledge tests including federal, state, and local regulations
- Communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Be able to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and occasionally crawl
- Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 65 lbs
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and ascend or descend ladders or ramps if necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work well within a team and handle fast-paced environments
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, with additional languages valued
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain food safety and hygiene standards according to local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn our menu, different products, and current specials
- Uphold company culture by building meaningful relationships in every interaction
- Deliver orders with speed, quality, and accuracy to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among team members and customers
- Show up on time, ready to work and communicate availability effectively
- Assist coworkers and support the team during busy or unexpected situations
