Job Requirements
- Possess or be able to obtain food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shifts and meetings
- Ability to complete and pass company trainings and certifications
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication
- Capability to perform physical work including lifting up to 65 pounds
- Commitment to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Willingness to work up to 10-hour shifts with breaks as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must pass food handler certification and ongoing trainings
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during shifts
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on menu items and specials
- Embody the company culture by building relationships and upholding core values
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service by delivering accurate orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and uplift teammates and customers alike
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability
