Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 pounds
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including hot and cold environments
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
- Adherence to all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Completion and passing of all required trainings and knowledge tests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Willingness to complete and maintain required trainings and certifications
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask and educate customers about the menu, products, and current specials
- Embody the company culture by building relationships and fostering positivity
- Be consistent in delivering speed, quality, and service by providing accurate orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among teammates and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time, communicating availability, and following call-out procedures
- Help out team members as needed to support smooth operations
