Job Requirements
- Have a valid food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Ability to complete, pass, and maintain mandatory trainings
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts and meetings
- Ability to stand, walk, and be active for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 65 lbs
- Effective communication skills in English, additional languages valued
- Compliance with company policies as outlined in employee handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to perform basic math for handling cash transactions
- Adaptability to work in fast-paced and changing environments
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu and current specials
- Embody the company culture and maintain positive relationships with teammates and customers
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service by delivering accurate orders
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster optimism among colleagues and customers
- Be reliable by showing up on time and communicating availability clearly
- Help out teammates and support the team whenever needed
