Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food handler permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
- ability to complete and pass all required training and certifications
- proficiency in written and verbal English communication
- capacity to stand, walk, and move during shifts up to 10 hours
- ability to lift, push, or carry up to 65 lbs
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- mental math skills
- availability for scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings
Job Qualifications

- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- ability to perform cash handling and basic math
- willingness to learn and adapt to company standards and training
- ability to work up to 10 hours per shift with physical stamina

- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide exceptional service
- help customers learn the menu, products, and current specials

- consistently deliver speed, quality, and accurate orders
