Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit or Certification as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Be punctual and have reliable transportation
- Complete all training, certifications, and knowledge tests successfully
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours during shifts
- Ability to lift or carry up to 65 pounds
- Good communication skills including English proficiency
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Must pass background checks and employment screenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is beneficial
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written English proficiency
- Ability to perform basic mental math
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changing circumstances

- Willingness to complete required training and certifications
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them warmly
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu and specials
