Job Requirements
- Ability to greet customers warmly and create positive experiences
- Willingness to learn and educate customers about the menu and specials
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Food handler permit or certification as required by state or local laws
- Ability to stand, walk, and be mobile for up to 10 hours during shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Proficiency in written, oral, and verbal English communication
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings and certifications
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Commitment to maintaining company standards and policies
- Food handler permit or willingness to obtain and maintain as required by state or local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet and thank each customer with a smile and provide them with their moment of special
- Help customers learn the menu, different products, and current specials
- Embody the company culture by building relationships with customers and team members
- Deliver consistent speed, quality, and service ensuring that the customer receives exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a positive attitude and spread optimism among colleagues and customers
- Show up to work on time and communicate availability needs following proper procedures
- Support team members as needed and help out during busy or unexpected situations
