Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Food Handler Permit or certification as required by state or local regulations
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10 hour shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 lbs
- Effective communication skills in English
- Completion and maintenance of required trainings and certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, additional languages valued
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and complete training programs
- Valid Food Handler Permit or certification as required
Job Duties
- Engage with customers and provide a friendly greeting
- Ask customers about their preferences and educate them on products and specials
- Embody and promote the Dutch Bros culture and values
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service
- Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
- Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Support teammates and assist with tasks as needed
