Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handler permit or certification
- Ability to perform mental math
- Proficiency in written and oral English
- Ability to stand and move for up to 10-hour shifts
- Capability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Completion and maintenance of all training and certifications
- Adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking them with a smile and creating memorable experiences
- Ask customers about their needs and educate them on the menu, products, and specials
- Embody and promote the company culture focused on relationship-building
- Ensure consistency in speed, quality, and service for every order
- Maintain a positive attitude and encourage optimism among coworkers and customers
- Show reliability by arriving on time, communicating availability, and following call-out procedures
- Support team members and assist as needed during busy or unexpected situations
